Designer Hoarder Pups Refund and Return Policy 

There are No refunds!! 

Once item is shipped, you can only exchange item if there is any damage upon review. Please Note that we review and record all products before they are shipped out, so if you try to return an item that was in perfect condition when it was sent to you (Customer), we will not pay to reship the item back to you.

No returns after 14 days

For Returns:

Your return should be processed within 3-5 working days of you dropping your parcel off at your local post office / collection point.

• Simply re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached.
• Email us for return label
• Print a returns labels  and drop it off at your local post office.
